Namaskar! I’m Barkha, a keen baker. As I began baking a few years ago, I soon found out there were many obstacles given that I’m baking in India. As very few people bake at home here, so we suffer from either lack of availability or high prices of the baking ingredients like chocolate compounds, rich strawberries, gelatine etc.
